Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST: Processed next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends: Processed on Monday
  • Holiday processing: May be delayed; notifications will be posted

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by:

  1. Logging into your account on our website
  2. Navigating to “Order History”
  3. Clicking “Track Order” next to your shipped order

Tracking information typically updates within 24-48 hours of shipment. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 3 days, please contact our support team.

Note: International tracking may have limited updates once the package leaves the US. This is normal and depends on the destination country’s postal system.

Due to legal and regulatory requirements, we cannot ship to the following locations:

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take great care in packaging and shipping, occasionally issues may occur. Here’s what to do:

📦 Damaged Package

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take photos of the outer packaging and damaged contents
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and photos

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after investigation.

🔍 Lost Package

If your package hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date:

  1. Check tracking for updates
  2. Contact your local post office (they may be holding it)
  3. If no update after 7 days past estimated delivery, contact us

We’ll initiate an investigation with the carrier and arrange resolution.

🌍 International Delay

For international packages delayed in customs:

  1. Customs processing can take 5-20 additional days
  2. You may need to provide additional documentation
  3. Contact your local customs office for status

We cannot control customs delays but will assist where possible.

Important: We are not responsible for packages once they show “delivered” status. If your package shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first.
